達 (Kanji for plural/delivery)

JERK: Normally, this means "the delivery arrives" but half the time means "plural." There is no easy way to tell which it means.

I was TAUGHT TO use plurals correctly, therefore I am TOUCHY when people fuck them up.

It's considered happy to move in pairs because you have a friend.

友達(ともだち)	friend ★★★★★ 友 (friend) + 達 (plural/delivery) = 友達 (friend)
私達(わたしたち)	us ★★★★☆ 1/2 KANA 私 (me / private) + 達 (plural/delivery) = 私達 (us)
配達(はいたつ) する	deliver ★★★☆☆ 配 (distribute) + 達 (plural/delivery) = 配達 (deliver) to deliver. Used about business - used when money changes hands. Deliver by truck or UPS or FEDEX.
XXX 達(たち)	more than one of XXX. ★★★☆☆ SUF SUFFIX, meaning "more than one of XXX."But unlike English, you can't pluralize just any word. In fact 90% of the time you'll see 達, it's in one of these 3 situations: 1) 仲間達：なかまたち：　the group of friends. 2) 人達：ひとたち： people, and 3) 子供達：こどもたち： the children.
xxxの達人(たつじん)	master of xxx ★★☆☆☆ 達 (plural/delivery) + 人 (person) = 達人 (master of xxx)
