見る(みる)	To passively see something. $$$

観る(みる)	To watch something, deliberately and for a long time; In other words, to be a spectator at something (only used in the phrase 観にいく)(and you only used 観に行く about concerts, Broadway plays, and art exhibitions). Basically this is 聴く for your eyes.
