慎む(つつしむ)	To repress or refrain from doing something. $$$

謹む(つつしむ)	A very literary, formal, old-people word for refrain. Nowadays the only time you’re likely to see it is 謹んでxxx (a formal, written phrase meaning, “Please accept my sentiments”)
