方法(ほうほう)	Kind of formal. “Way to get a Japanese Visa”. Used in instruction manuals. “Way to operate this dishwasher.”

仕方(しかた)	Not often used – except in the negative: “仕方ない.” -“There’s no way.” Usually you’d say the name of the thing you’re doing plus 方. 泳ぎ方（how to swim) 跳び方（how to fly) etc.
